EMCOR Facilities Management Bespoke Training Day

8 members of the BAE Facilities Management team recently attended a bespoke training course at The DIY School in Stockport.

Over two days, they were learning all about how to select and use the correct fixings for attaching all manner of things to all manner of different types of walls, as well as maintaining and replacing different types of door locks and furniture.

They even had a go at putting some holes in walls and then repairing them, which they say they usually leave the hole making for their clients to do!

Along with some plumbing knowledge, the team are now better equipped to deal with day to day problems, helping them to better identify problems and either fix it themselves or schedule a contractor, giving them better information of the problem so faults can be rectified quickly.
